  1. All abstracts, except for submissions which opt for “Oral presentation only”, are eligible for poster presentation.
  2. Fixed poster sessions are scheduled during the meeting (see program). Presenting authors are requested to be near their poster during one of the sessions.
  3. Posters should be mounted from the beginning of the meeting and will be displayed throughout the meeting. To allow maximal exposure, the posters should only be removed by the end of the meeting on 20th April (Thursday 5pm).
  4. Poster should be made in portrait, poster board measurements are 120 cm x (height) x 120 cm (width).
  5. Please prepare your poster according to recommended A0 size.
  6. Posters should be readable by viewers one meter away. The poster should contain the title of the submitted abstract, the author(s)’ name(s) and affiliation at the top. The organisers will provide blue tack to mount the posters.
  7. Posters should be mounted at the start of the meeting and be removed by Saturday at noon at the latest.
  8. Delegates are not allowed to take pictures from slides during the presentations, nor from the posters without the consent of the authors.
